Poor...Rich...

Poor and Rich...

I was using brandnew, meter-taxies until today but for the first time, I got on a old, dirty, a bit stinky one without airconditioner... the driver doesn't understand English at all... All I know is his effort trying to find his way to take me to the WHO office safely...
He sweats a lot, asks people in Arabic to translate my English, is old, a bit dirty-looking, asks me to pay more, but... I know he is a nice person.

Since I was talking with richer people in the WHO office and went to luxuary shopping mall which is just near by my house, I thought "Egypt got much richer, things are much different from what I saw 2 years ago".

BUT IT IS PROBABLY FALSE.

I will start interviewing TB patients tomorrow at the largest chest hospital tomorrow. There is always a risk of catching TB...but I was advised not to wear masks so that patients don't have to build a barrier.

I was told at school that I need to wear a N95 mask when I have to talk with TB patients!!!

What should I do?
